What does a license include?
Every tool in your tier for as long as the license is active, a year of updates, and support from the people who build the plugin. Updates track the MCP spec as Claude, ChatGPT and other clients evolve, and keep pace with new WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP releases.
Can I cancel, upgrade or downgrade?
All three, any time. Upgrades are prorated, downgrades take effect at renewal, and cancelling leaves your paid features running until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, or if a license expires without renewal, the site moves to the free Explorer plan until you renew.
Do you offer refunds?

Is there a limit on tool calls?
No. Calls are never proxied or metered by us, on any tier. The only limit is a per-user safety rate limit of 300 calls a minute, the same on every plan.
